Apple Purée

1 (125 ml serving)
Ingredients
- ½ cup (125 mL) smooth (not chunky) unsweetened applesauce
- 3 to 3.5 scoops (12 mL/4.2 g to 14 mL/4.9 g) ThickenUp® Clear
- Pour applesauce into cup. In small bowl, measure 3 to 3.5 scoops ThickenUp® Clear. Add to applesauce. Stir briskly with spoon for 30 seconds or until powder is well dissolved. Alternatively, blend with stand blender or immersion blender for 30 seconds or until powder is well dissolved.
- Allow a minimum of 5 minutes for apple purée to reach desired consistency before serving.
