Ingredients
- ¾ Cup Canned pineapple
- 4 Tsp Lemon juice
- ¼ Cup Coconut milk
- 2 Tsp Brown sugar
- 6 Scoops ThickenUp® Clear
- 1. Cut the pineapple into small pieces and freeze at least 2 hours ahead of time.
- 2. Blend the frozen pineapple, lemon juice, brown sugar, and coconut milk in a blender.
- 3. Add 6 scoops of ThickenUp® Clear and blend again until you reach the desired consistency Ŧ and a smooth texture (no lumps).
