Ingredients

      Apples:
      1 ¼ Cups Green apples
      1 ½ Tbsp Butter
      2 Tsp Brown sugar
      ⅖ Cup Water
      4 Scoops ThickenUp® Clear

      Whipping Cream:
      3.5 oz Whipping cream
      1 Scoop ThickenUp® Clear
  1. Apples:

    1. Start by peeling the apples, removing the seeds, and cutting them into wedges. Set them aside for now.
  2. 2. Take a frying pan and spread the sugar evenly on the bottom. Cook it over low heat without stirring. Let the sugar melt and form into caramel for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3. Without stirring, add the butter to the pan. Let it melt and mix with the caramel until it forms a toffee-like mixture for about 1-2 minutes.
  4. 4. Arrange the apple wedges in the pan, covering the bottom of the pan. Cook for 4 mins with the lid on.
  5. 5. Flip the apple wedges. Cook for 2 mins without the lid on.
  6. 6. Take the caramelized apple preparation and add ⅖ cup of water and blend for 3 mins in a blender.
  7. 7. Add 4 scoops of ThickenUp® Clear and blend again until you reach the desired consistencyŦ and a smooth texture (no lumps).
  8. Whipping Cream:

    8. Mix the whipping cream with 1 scoop of ThickenUp® Clear and whip until it is stiff. Do not over-whip.
  9. Presentation:

Serve the textured apple in a dessert glass and add the whipping cream on top.
