Greek Yogurt & Mango Dessert

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Greek plain yogurt
- ½ Cup Mango
- ⅕ cup Water
- ½ Tbsp Brown sugar
- 2 Scoops ThickenUp® Clear
Mango Blend:
1. Blend the mango with the water and the brown sugar for 2-3 mins in a blender.- 2. Add 2 scoops of ThickenUp® Clear and blend again until you reach the desired consistencyŦ and a smooth texture (no lumps).
Presentation:
3. Get two glasses and layer the mango blend, then add a layer of yogurt on top in each glass. Repeat these steps until the mango blend and yogurt are gone.
