Beef and Potato Lasagna

Ingredients
- Potatoes:
- 1 ⅓ Cups of Boiling water
- ¼ Cup Instant mashed potatoes
- A pinch Salt
Beef Sauce:
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 7 oz Minced beef
- ⅝ Cup Onion
- ¾ Cup Canned tomato sauce
- ¼ Tsp Sweet paprika
- 2 Bay leaves
- 5 ⅓ Tbsp Water
- A pinch Salt
- 2 Scoops ThickenUp® Clear
Potatoes:
1. Boil the water and add it to the instant mashed potatoes and the salt. Blend smoothly without beating. Set aside for later.Beef Sauce:
2. Peel and chop the onion and put in the blender for 3 seconds at a time to obtain ¹⁄₁₆-inch pieces.- 3. Sauté the onion in the oil for 2 mins in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 4. Add the meat and cook for 3 mins over medium heat.
- 5. Add the canned tomato sauce, sweet paprika and bay leaves. Cook for 3-4 mins with the lid on. Add salt.
- 6. Remove the bay leaves. Add 5 ⅓ Tbsp of water and blend for 3-4 mins. Add 2 scoops of ThickenUp® Clear and blend again until you reach the desired consistencyŦ and a smooth texture (no lumps).
Presentation:
With the help of a square food mold, place each portion of the mashed potatoes, followed by a layer of the meat sauce on each plate. Repeat. Serve.
