Ingredients

      1 ⅓ Cups Pumpkin
      8.5 oz Cod or haddock
      ¾ Tsp Lemon juice
      1 Cup of Water
      A pinch of Salt
      ½ Tbsp Olive oil
      2 ⅔ Tbsp Half and half cream
      4 Scoops ThickenUp® Clear
  1. 1. Peel and clean the pumpkin, removing the peel and seeds. Cut into thin slices.
  2. 2. Boil the pumpkin and the cod or haddock over medium-low heat for 15 mins, covered with the lid.
  3. 3. Blend the pumpkin and the cod or haddock for 3-4 mins.
  4. 4. Add the lemon juice, the salt and the cream and blend thoroughly again.
  5. 5. Add 4 scoops of ThickenUp® Clear and blend again until you reach the desired consistencyŦ and a smooth texture (no lumps).
