Creamy Orange Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Greek plain yogurt
- ⅓ Cup + 1 Tbsp Orange juice (no pulp)
- ⅝ Cups of Milk (3.25% M.F) (cold)
- ⅓ Cup Oat flour
- 1 Tsp Brown sugar (optional)
- 2 Scoops ThickenUp® Clear
- 1. Blend all the ingredients in the blender.
- 2. Add 2 scoops of ThickenUp® Clear and blend again until you reach the desired consistencyŦ and a smooth texture (no lumps).
- 3. Allow to sit in the fridge for 20 min until the desired texture is obtained.
Presentation:
Serve the smoothie chilled in a glass.
