Ingredients

      1 ½ Tsp Brown sugar
      10 Peppermint leaves
¼ of a Fresh Lime (about 1 Tbsp of lime juice)
      ¼ Cup Rum
      ½ Cup Ice cubes
      ½ Cup of Soda
      4 Scoops ThickenUp® Clear
  1. 1. In the glass: place the mint leaves on the bottom of the glass with the brown sugar and crush with a mortar (*if you do not have a mortar, you can use a rolling pin or meta hammer).
  2. 2. Pour in the rum and add the ¼ of lime, cut into wedges with its skin still on, and crush both sides of the lime sections with the mortar*.
  3. 3. Add the soda, the lime juice and stir. Add the crushed ice and allow to stand for 2 min.
  4. 4. Strain the preparation through a fine strainer, making sure that there are no traces of lime, mint, or ice.
  5. 5. Get a clean and dry glass. Pour the strained drink into the glass.
  6. 6. Add 4 scoops of ThickenUp® Clear. Stir the mixture well until it is completely dissolved, and you reach the desired consistencyŦ and a smooth texture (without any lumps).
  7. 7. Leave in fridge for 20 minutes to allow drink to reach desired consistency.
