Peanut Butter & Banana Oats

Ingredients
- 1 ¼ Cups of Milk (3.25% M.F)
- ½ Cup Ground rolled oats (grind in blender/food processor)
- ⅓ Cup Smooth peanut butter
- 1 Cup Banana
- 2 Tsp Lemon juice
- 1 Tsp Brown sugar (optional)
- 4 Scoops ThickenUp® Clear
- 1. Blend the milk, ground rolled oats, lemon juice, banana, brown sugar (optional) and peanut butter in a blender until a smooth and lump-free mixture is obtained.
- 2. Add 4 scoops of ThickenUp® Clear and blend again until you reach the desired consistencyŦ and a smooth texture (no lumps).
Presentation:
Serve in a bowl.
