Ingredients

      1 ¼ Cups of Milk (3.25% M.F)
      ½ Cup Ground rolled oats (grind in blender/food processor)
      ⅓ Cup Smooth peanut butter
      1 Cup Banana
      2 Tsp Lemon juice
      1 Tsp Brown sugar (optional)
      4 Scoops ThickenUp® Clear
  1. 1. Blend the milk, ground rolled oats, lemon juice, banana, brown sugar (optional) and peanut butter in a blender until a smooth and lump-free mixture is obtained.
  2. 2. Add 4 scoops of ThickenUp® Clear and blend again until you reach the desired consistencyŦ and a smooth texture (no lumps).
  3. Presentation:

    Serve in a bowl.
