Ingredients

      Egg:
      ½ Tbsp Olive oil
      1 Egg
      ⅕ Cup of Milk (3.25% M.F)
      ½ Pinch of Salt
      3 Scoops ThickenUp® Clear


      Cheese:
      ⅓ Cup Smooth Cottage Cheese or Plain Greek Yogurt
      1 Tbsp of Water
      2 Scoops ThickenUp® Clear


      Tomatoes:
      ⅓ Cup Red tomatoes
      2 Scoops ThickenUp® Clear


      Provence Oil:
      ⅓ Tsp Rosemary
      1 Tbsp Water
      ½ Pinch Salt
      ½ Tbsp Olive oil
      1 Scoop ThickenUp® Clear
  1. Egg:

    1. Beat the egg while cooking it in the olive oil in a frying pan over low heat, stirring constantly so that it does not overcook.
  2. 2. Remove from the heat and blend the egg, milk, and salt in the blender.
  3. 3. Add 3 scoops of ThickenUp® Clear and blend again until the desired consistencyŦ and a smooth texture (no lumps) is obtained. Set aside for later.
  4. Cheese

    4. Blend the Smooth Cottage Cheese or Plain Greek Yogurt with 1 Tbsp of water. Add 2 scoops of ThickenUp® Clear and blend again until it reaches the desired consistencyŦ and a smooth texture (no lumps). Set aside for later.
  5. Tomatoes:

    5. Peel the tomatoes, cut it in half and remove all the seeds. Blend it in the blender.
  6. 6. Add 2 scoops of ThickenUp® Clear and blend again until you reach the desired consistencyŦ and a smooth texture (no lumps). Set aside for later.
  7. Provence Oil:

    7. Press the rosemary with the salt and water. Strain and remove any remains of the rosemary. Add 1 scoop of ThickenUp® Clear. Mix thoroughly using a teaspoon.
  8. 8. Add the oil, stir again, and mix thoroughly.
  9. Presentation:

    Spoon the egg onto a plate, forming a droplet. Form a slice with the cheese. Add the tomato in slices.
