Ingredients

      1 ¼ Cups Strawberries
      ½ Cup Raspberries
      1 ¼ Cup of Milk (3.25% M.F)
      ⅛ Cup ground rolled oats (use a blender to grind the oats)
      ⅔ Tsp Brown sugar
      2 Scoops ThickenUp® Clear
  1. 1. Blend the strawberries and raspberries together in a blender. Then, pour the mixture through a fine strainer to remove all the seeds. Once you're done straining, put the mixture back into the blender.
  2. 2. Add the brown sugar, ground oats and whole milk to the blender and blend again until you have a smooth consistency with no lumps.
  3. 3. Add 2 scoops of ThickenUp® Clear and blend again until you reach the desired consistencyŦ and a smooth texture (no lumps).
  4. 4. Leave in the fridge for 20 minutes to let thicken to the desired texture consistencyŦ .
  5. 5. Serve in a glasses.
