Strawberry & Milk Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 ¼ Cups Strawberries
- ½ Cup Raspberries
- 1 ¼ Cup of Milk (3.25% M.F)
- ⅛ Cup ground rolled oats (use a blender to grind the oats)
- ⅔ Tsp Brown sugar
- 2 Scoops ThickenUp® Clear
- 1. Blend the strawberries and raspberries together in a blender. Then, pour the mixture through a fine strainer to remove all the seeds. Once you're done straining, put the mixture back into the blender.
- 2. Add the brown sugar, ground oats and whole milk to the blender and blend again until you have a smooth consistency with no lumps.
- 3. Add 2 scoops of ThickenUp® Clear and blend again until you reach the desired consistencyŦ and a smooth texture (no lumps).
- 4. Leave in the fridge for 20 minutes to let thicken to the desired texture consistencyŦ .
- 5. Serve in a glasses.
